Bought a 2016 XLT FX4 with aftermarket headlights. One has the clear lens/bezel cover (whatever the clear plastic cover is called) cracked. Any idea where to get replacements or if it is possibly the same as the OEM ones even though the light cluster is different? I think its the Amerilite Black Dual Intense LED Bar Stripe Dual Projector one off amazon but they are being no help for parts.
This is the good one:

if they wont supply you with the cover then youre s.o.l.. those aftermarket lights don't last. i've had them before after two years they look ten years old. that's why the oem lights are so much more expensive. your best bet is to find wrecked truck with good oem headlights and use those. you could also buy directly from ford but that will be expensive.
Virtually no one makes replacement lenses for any vehicle. There are probably a few niche vehicles out there someone makes lenses for, but definitely not the norm.
