Question Replace RF quarter Panel?

My 99 F150 WT ( which is starting a new life with the encouragement of this forum) has a pushed in RF quarter panel.

Since the truck is white, I think I can find a painted replacement at a junk yard and replace it myself.

I've never done anything like this before and have fair skills and basic tools.

Is this a simplle DIY or more?

Inputs appreciated.

Do you have any pics of it? I'm having trouble figuring out what you mean by RightFront quarter panel.

Yeah the fender, the piece between the front edge of the door and the headlight with the F150 badge on it.

How bad is the dent? If you remove the splash sheild, you would have good access to the back side of the fender to push/lightly hammer it back out. Worst case, remove the fender and hammer the backside of the fender on a bag of sand using a nylon hammer. The longer you take with the hammer, the less damage you will do to the fender. In a perfect world, you could lightly hammer the fender out without it needing a refinish. The down side if you replace the fender with a QRP (recycled part) is that the color won't be a match and you would have to blend the paint in the door and hood to make it look the same. Depending on where the dent is and if repairable, you could hopefully get away with an in panel blend.
