hello , anyone having remote start problems ? 2014 s crew 1600 miles i hit the lock button once and start button twice horn beeps once. happened first time in the morning. later in day works fine. replaced batteries in both key fobs

 

The factory remote start has its own mind on our trucks, works when kit wants to. Especially range wise. Some have had better success after replacing their remote battery, not me..

 

Open the hood and unplug the hood switch (on driver side fender) and plug it back in and close the hood, the hood switch seems to be a common issue, it's done it to mine as well and that usually fixes it.
