Default Rekgen Mud Flaps

I didn’t love fender flares look (personal preference for my truck) and came across Rekgen on instagram. I liked the adjustable width based on where you mount them (see pictures) and the fact that they were made out of mostly metal and powder coated as opposed to rubber. Allows you to easily customize the coverage and placement based on the width of your tires and look you're going for. Rekgen was a first class company. Mud flaps came quickly and were in perfect condition. I ordered 4, but they only sent me full hardware for 2, but quickly priority mailed the needed hardware without hassle. When it comes to install, if you have the stock sport fender flares, it makes it a tad more difficult. You have to drill through them, and the extra width between the fenders and the body makes the bolts a little bit too short. I ended up going to Home Depot to buy longer galvanized bolts so I wouldn’t have to fight it. Once I did that, installation was a breeze. Highly recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for Mud Flaps that are a little different than normal.

These look badass, definitely the best option I've seen for these trucks. Have you noticed a significant difference in keeping your truck clean in the rain/snow?

For sure the running boards in the snow aren’t all crusted up and fairly snow free. In the rain, haven’t seen thrown dirt up the side yet. I’m most happy with my exhaust tips staying cleaner! Chrome exhaust tips are a pain to keep clean in the Midwest so these are really helping there.
