Hello everyone,

I recently took my 2010 into the dealer to have the newer tranny program installed in it. For those of us who had the issue, good news, no problems thus far. While searching for threads on it I came across some others as well that I have seen and thought that it might be a good idea to have a separate thread topic on here for just those issues. (Using thread but not sure if that is the correct word for it?) The "recalls" that aren't technically called "recalls" by Ford yet enough people have had issues that it would be much easier, faster, and beneficial for members who are having problems to locate said problem. Just as it is already broken down now from 09-present, etc. Also maybe adding a new 2011-present, and having a separate 2009-2010 thread. Seems there is a lot of info that could be put in those two topics alone. Just a thought. Oh and just to make it clear I am not taking a swing at Ford in anyway. Just throwing out an idea.

 

kc, I tried to copy this thread to this reply, but I just ain't that good. But, search under the 2009 to present forum. The thread is "2009+ F150 Technical Service Bulletins" started by a member called Fordz. It has many TSB relating to our trucks. I think this is of what you speak.

BTW, we have almost the same signature. I'm guessing your at the Rochester PD.
