I have a 2007 F150 with the 5.4 and she hauls and tows like a champ sometime it sags pretty good don't get me wrong its not like the titan I had that would sag jus with a 100 pound feed sack on. Is there a helper spring or load assist spring and how much $ would it set me back?

Helper spring or AAL will be the cheapest ~$100. Or you could go all the way and do air bags.

How much weight are you putting in the back? My truck starts to sag a bit around 600lbs. If your truck is lifted it could have something to do with it.

I put around 700 pounds in it most the time and only lift I have on this one is a 3 inch front leveling kit from HBS.

I'd say a bit of sag should be expected with that amount of weight. I'm not certain off the top of my head what our maximum bed payload is, but I'd be willing to bet 700lbs is more than halfway to max.

The sad thing is with a 3" lift ANY amount of wait will make it look like it is sagging, I carry about 800LBS all the time and with the 3" my rear squats pretty bad.

Our max payload is 1600lbs. Government rated. But when you look underneath where the stoppers are and how much play is in the leafs. A lot of sag is what I would be worried about not just a little. As far as looks the previous recommendations are the best.
