Guys I need your help, I bought A 2012 FX4 (luxury package, no NAV, no sunroof). I was at the dealership when the truck came, so I bought it. I was looking for one with the rearview camera....the salesperson told me that they could install it no problem with Ford's oem parts. All good until I got the truck.

The camera and the rearview mirror were aftermarket, poor installation and poor quality products. I sent it back of course.

Now, they installed a Ford's camera below the logo (quality of the image has improved), but they didn't change the rearview mirror. Emails and phones calls are going back and forth, but no solution to this.

Does anyone know the part number for the Ford's rearview mirror that comes with the monitor?
