Default Rear end stability.

Is there something i can do to make my rear end more solid, if i start heavey on the accelerator and the wheels brake free and spin, the rear end starts to jump.

http://www.procompusa.com/prodDetail...3177&plID=1830

Procomp makes a traction bar for a 2010 XLT to prevent what you are describing, but it is designed for a lifted truck because the problem is usually associated with the lift.

The traction bar is good, or you can put several hundred pounds of sandbags in the bed... worked wonders for me lol

+1 for sandbags. They work for increasing snow traction too.

I don't use them for snow. The sandbags do a good job for rear end stability... trust me, I have 7.5" of lift... lol

Stability, use that traction bar stated. Lots better traction and a bit more stability, 300-400 lbs of sand behind the rear wheel wells. I have 300 lbs of sand in mine for the winter and it helps greatly.

I ordered mine through 4Wheelparts. I can't guarantee it will fix your problem though. I haven't installed mine yet.
