Default RBP Customer Service

So I got an RL grill for christmas for my 2010 XLT. It never sat right. It was always crooked with a gap. And only 4 out of like the 8 brackets actually made contact with the grill shell. So I stripped two screws because they were under so much stress. So I get on the phone with RBP today, expecting some idiot that I was going to blast in to the ground. But they were incredibly helpful. The gentleman helping me forwarded me to the head of their design department. I called the gentleman up later and texted him some pictures of the grill. He was so nice he offered retrofit my grill shell, being that the chrome package grill does not work with the RL grill perfectly. However that was not an option because I am in New York in the midst of Winter and I need my grill and they are in California. So the gentleman is sending me more different brackets to find out. Pleasure to deal with. And if you decide on a RBP grill, make sure you don't have a chrome package/HD grill.

Oh wow, that grill looks awesome! Glad you had a good experience dealing with one of the smaller, but very quickly expanding, off-road companies out there. I've heard good things about the business/customer service side of RBP. I can't wait to order my grille of 'em this summer, you know, since there wasn't one waiting under my tree for me this year.
