Bonjour j'ai un F150 ecoboost 2011 et j'en suis très satisfait jusqu'a présent. Je me posais la question suivante : sur mon camion j'ai un rapport de pont de 3.55 est-ce que si je veux le monté a 3,73 est-ce quelque chose qui se fait et si oui est-ce a cout raisonnable ?

the eco boost has quite a bit of torque to begin with, but you can't go wrong with 3.73...
if I read that correctly.

He is satisfied with his ecoboost but wants to know if 3.73s are worth it.

Also if you do 3.73, you must do both front and rear if 4x4.
Not sure if ecoboost has 4x4 though

I will do my best, like you see i buy a F150 ecoboost, and i like it very much and happy with it i was asking myself because on the truck i got the axle ratio 3,55, if it is possible to go to dealer and change that to got axle ratio 3,73 and to do that how much can it cost ? i apology for my english, thank you

I'm not sure if the dealer will do it but if they can and if your truck is 4x4 you will be looking at $1500 plus. Why do you want to change your gearing?

Default Axle Ratio

Because it was not in my mind to buy that but i just have a travel trailer and it weight is at 4800 light (jayco, Jayflight Swift 29') and i'was thinking to upgrade the axle ratio do i have to do that or i'm ok with what i got ? yes it is 4x4
