My radio is stuck on one XM channel and you can't use any other source or station. It won't accept my phone music anymore either. Has anyone had this issue.

 

would be helpful to post the specs on your truck as different years tend to have different issues

 

Yes the year and type of radio would help, but most systems have a hard reset have you tried that?

 

or pull the SYNC fuse or try unhooking the battery.

2018 Platinum, sorry

 

My 2019 Lariat with Sirius was messed up today. Preset stations were all incorrect - The Bridge was playing NPR, 70's was MSNBC, the Beatles channel was Comedy Central. An hour later, everything was normal again, with no indication that Sirius was updating or had updated.
