Default radio issues

I know this isn't an expedition forum, but maybe you could lend some knowledge. I have searched everything I can think of. Have scoured the Expedition forums. Being as they are so similar to the F150, & everyone here seems so knowledgeable, I'm throwing a hail mary. Here is my issue...

2007 EL Eddie Bauer, all stock...
last week I had to replace the alternator & battery. Now i have no lights on the radio buttons (radio works fine), i can not play from the "aux input", steering wheel controls do not work anymore, & the delay after turning off is no longer working. All the fuses in the kick panel appear to be fine. Not sure where to go from here. Any help you could offer will be greatly appreciated.

Admin, if this is not the proper place for this question, please move to appropriate section.

Try to unplug the battery and wait 15 to 20 minutes, that will reset the radio,
if not is going to need service.
Make sure to eject all the disc from inside the radio before you unplug the battery

Another posting consideration .....

HINT/TIP: Given the platform similarities you may find posting in the
Late Model F150s > 2004 - 2008 Ford F150
section more helpful/appropriate than General F150 Discussion posts.
