Default Raced a 5.4

So yesterday I was in a hurry to get to a friends house. With my loud exhaust a Non Supercharged Harley Davidson started to race me. He got the jump on me, but once I got over 3000 rpms I pulled on him... I got up next to him and started patting the gas while he was runnin as hard as he could.. We got up to about 90 when my friend ridin with me said thats enough.. MAN that felt good.. I could have spanked him if I didn't feel like showin my butt.

NOTE: there was no traffic ahead of us, no side roads at this place we raced for someone to pull out from. I do not condone racing off a track, I just could not resist.

That's what performance mods such as custom tuning will do for you, will allow a 4.6 to hang with a 5.4. I was over at a friend's house a couple of weeks ago and they just bought a new VW GLI. His 18 year old son was washing it and talking crap about how it had 200 HP and would whip my truck. I told him to bring it because he'd probably beat me off the line, but my truck would dust it. Of course his dad wouldn't allow him to race it.

I don't think I'd ever get to the point where I actually raced my truck. It was just fun messing around with him because I knew his dad (who bought the car) would have never let his 18 year son race it.
