Anyone know if these would fit a 98 F150 4x4 ?

Unfortunately not. Ford and their damn wheel patterns (why they had to change it is beyond me?). The 97-03 (2004 heritage) have a 5x135mm wheel pattern, where as the 196?-1996 have a 5x139.7mm or more commonly known as 5x5.5" wheel pattern. Also, a 15 inch wheel may give you clearance issues on your brakes, not sure though.

Ya 5x135. I think you need 16", not sure if 15" would even work.
