Question Questions on 2004 Door speakers

I recently changed out the factory door speakers in my 2004 ford f150 XLT super crew cab for the Kicker CS68 model speakers which have an RMS power of 75watts. But my issue is the holes that the screws go in are missing that circular plastic part that holds the screw firmly in place. I can only hold two in tightly and don't like the idea of the speakers slapping around inside on my door panel, where can I order that piece so I can secure them in place?

Also if anyone is knowledgeable in this area, what 4 channel amp should I look into so I can get the full potential of the speakers? My aftermarket head unit only supplies 22watts of RMS to each speaker which ends with muddy bass when turned up loud.

Thank you in advance
