Default Quality issues?

Hi,
First off I'm new here and have done searches on this topic with no luck.
Is there a quality thread? Because I have a list of issues and failures with my black 2004 F-150 SC. I know it's older now but noticed some problems 2 years into owning it.
1. Driver side window squeaks all the way up and down.
2. Rear window leaks after rain.
3. Climate controls have only off and high, no levels 2 and 3.
4. The Big one $1700 for rust on bed panel caused by manufactures defect, Ford service is avoiding me on this one.
5. Rear sliding widow does not move.
Granted this was a nice truck when I first got it, this will be my last Ford Purchase. Have to say that new Tundra is a really nice Half Ton!

Welcome to the site.

As far as the squeaking window goes have you tried cleaning it?? It usually squeaks when it is dirty. I recommend cleaning the window and the "rubber" parts that go against it when it moves.

And check the tracks on your rear-sliding window because it's either rusted or there's something preventing it from sliding.

Sorry to hear about your misfortunes but these really are great trucks which has been proven year after year.
