PSA: Avoid OEM Parts Source
I don't know about everyone else but i'm really sick of hearing the whole "supply chain - staffing problems - COVID" excuses that we've all been having to put up with the last year or so.
I recently received a set of powerstop brake pads that were damaged with chunks missing.
Looks like they were installed and removed with a prybar.

How did you get the BBB response to show up as a quote? Tried to Quote it but quotes don't get quoted when you use Quote.
Anyway, what is their "position"? Doesn't really matter, just curious. The BBB is not really a government organization, they just give grades and get involved. But with the internet their influence is not what it used to be. You might have better luck with the state's attorney general.
In today's world you really need to use those "check your bill" powers. Credit card companies will still handle disputes and stop payment until they are settled.
"We have tried to resolve this matter for you, however, it appears that the company is not willing to compromise on its position or offer a settlement."

My advice to folks who buy online...
Get yourself a seperate credit card and use it only for online purchases.
Make sure that credit card has safety features which protect you in events of online transactions and other possible fraudulent activities.
I have a credit card I use solely for online purchases.
If something like this happens, a person can then file dispute with credit card company.

In the end though, Augster did, apparently, get ripped off. So, thanks to Augster for the warning.
But, it's also possible that they still might make it right. Some companies are just incompetent. Many of these online companies are just one person reselling stuff that they get cheaply. Might be that the guy just can't find the records from seven months ago or doesn't have the parts now or never got the parts and doesn't know what to do. Might be worth the time to keep the pressure on them.

Start filling up their review pages. Post the BBB link in the reviews.
