Default Protecting polished aluminum wheels in winter

Winter is approaching fast and I live in Wisconsin. I have polished aluminum Eagle 197 wheels on my truck that I'm leaving on for the winter. I drive a work car during the week, so my truck shouldn't see too much road salt. However, i'd like to protect them as best as possible. Any suggestions on products to use?

Consider a move to the South, then you won't have to deal with it. Just saying.

Pam cooking spray. If the rims are currently on the truck then you will want to spray the pam onto a cloth and apply it evenly so you do not get it on your brake components. As winter goes by don't be afraid to keep up the process when you see it fading away. Come summer time WD40 will remove it like nothing spray on and wash off. Cheap and works awesome i've been using this process for years and never had any issues.

If you want total protection......... Plasti dip the wheels for the winter, then peel it off in the spring. Good as new!

I'd say anything Mother's or Mquires.
Firm believer that the more $ you spend is worth it. Or ask your local Napa guy
