Hello, My 2013 F150 Platinum has a problem that is drving me crazy. Every so often (like every 2-3 months) the truck sudenly can't find my Iphone 4. It will connect just fine for months and then suddenly not. The first time the Ford customer service walked me through a number of steps only to make me do a complete reset. This causes the loss of EVERYTHING and requires a lot of time to replace things. The second time they sent me to the dealer who did the same thing--another master reset. The dealer "blames" the phone but I don't believe them since the phone pairs flawlessly with another, non-Ford, vehicle without exception. Does ANYONE know if there is a fix for this or have come across this? I love the truck but this really pisses me off!

 

I know that my 2012 will have the issue with my iPhone 4 every couple months. I have the problem will it will be "indexing" and not work. I usually just pull the fuse (#2), put it back in and it works fine.
