I recently washed, clay barred, and waxed my truck. However now I notice two areas that I'm not sure how to fix. The first area is right in front are a bunch of little nicks from things coming up off the road and hitting my truck. What can I do to try and cover those up?

Also the second area I have no idea what is the issue is right on my hood there are spots that like look like dry water spots but they won't come off. I tried to take a picture of it but it just looks blurry up close. Any ideas guys?
