Had a spark plug blow out on my 2005 f150 4.6 2 valve. I had a low mileage head so I just swapped it. Its on the passenger side and other then a slight knocking truck runs 100% perfect. Sounds like its coming from right under the oil cap. Pulling the cover tomorrow, if someone can point me in a direction on what to look for that would be greatly appreciated thank you. Also I was thinking cam phasers but I dont think this motor has them like the 5.4s.
