Hello, my power mirror switch on my 2010 F150 Platinum stopped working.
I did have some snow fall on the top of the door where the switch is located.
Could I have ruined the switch.
I believe it uses the same fuse as the power seat and they are still working fine.

I don't know if the this will help . I own a 2015 Screw , the mirror on both sides have been stuck open or stuck closed ... never both at the same time or does it seem that the time of year matters . Most of the times that this happens I can turn the truck off and back on and the mirror will correct itself . But and I can count the times on one hand the mirror, left or right gets stuck open and I've gotten out of the truck and gently given it a nudge and then re try the switch and it's closed , ? I nudged it a bit hard the first time and thought that maybe I broke it but all is well . I figure if I do put a hand in its demise I will take it in but so far it seems I only need to show the **** thing who's boss . Sort of like the horse I rode as a kid that every so often would act up just to see if she could get away with it . Gentle persistence always put things right

 

I ordered a replacement switch last week and received it last Friday.
It took me less than 10 minutes to replace it and cost me $35.
Problem solved.

 

Looking for some help on this subject. 2010 F150XLT, just replaced the mirror switch to no avail. Fuse (#12 7.5 according to owners manual) is good but no mirror action. Glass adjust only, no power fold. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
