i have an 08 f150 XL with that ugly plastic h bar grille. instead of getting a grill that will just sit behind the plastic h bar grille is it possible to take the whole thing off and replace it entirely??? because it just makes the truck look aweful and if u have pics of doing lets see them any advice helps thanks guys

Yes you can replace the whole thing. Look at the RBP grille, or if you're looking for a more factory appearance just get an FX4 or Lariat grille. Or hell, even an FX2, I think you get what I'm saying here

 

alright and how hard is instillation do you know?

Ebay can be your best friend for a billet grille!

 

ahhh ok haha ya i just cant seem to find a billet grille that actually declares itself as an actual replacement grille and not just one that goes behind the plastic h grill haha

 

does anyone with an xl have a grill like that or know where to get one
