Default Poor dealer services

Has anyone had a bad service done on their f150? The list keeps getting bigger for me. I'm not one to complain and possibly get someone fired but I have seen enough... First oil change at 8k they left the oil cap off didn't know until I popped the hood 3k later oil all over my fire wall and turbo.. Motor makes a nice ticking sound louder then normal! Then I brought it in for its yearly oil spray touch up... They didn't even touch anything.. Now I take the plastic cover off the engine to clean/ look around and a sensor is missing one of the screws when it clearly should have two screws... What should I do contact ford Canada or just complain at the local dealership.. Just for them to say sorry

Sorry man but that's why I do my own oil changes. I just can't trust anyone else to treat my truck like I would.

Also fyi on the sensor under the cover (assuming eco) this is a known issue (I guess non-issue) because it is only supposed to have one screw. If you do a search there is a good post about it.

Definitely contact the General Manager of the dealership. There is no reason for this type of service. If someone can't do the job (whatever that job) correctly, they need to be fired. If the GM does no good, don't hesitate to call your Ford rep.

Have the service manager come out of his office and calmly go over all issues you have with his shop and request he do a walk around before and after to verify the requested work has been completed to you and his satisfaction. When his day has been interupted I assure you he will have a chat with any employees not meeting your standards.

I took mine in to have a ticking lifter done under warranty.. and they refused! But I did just get $1800 in phaser work done 2 weeks ago.. so.... they may still be sore from that.
