Default Polishing black ⚫️

Here's my worktruck tool box is fading. It's aluminum powder coat black. What can I use on it to bring the shine back?

It is possible the manufacturer has a recommendation.

If it was mine, I would do a test patch in an out of the way place using WD-40.

I use WD40 on my black powder coated tool box and roll cover. Not permanent by any means but makes it look new for a week or so.
