Please help me with this noise
Ok so I just hit 3,000 miles on my F150 crew cab and I have developed a noise somewhere in the back are of the cab. It's like a popping or squeaking noise. It mostly happens went the truck shifts weight like hitting a repair in the road or making a turn. It pops somewhere in the back and then stops till the truck shifts weight again. Expect when driving on gravel then it's pretty steady.I am very funny about noises in the cab. I can't stand them. I tried riding in the back but still can't seem to locate the noise. I also have a very annoying squeaking coming from my driver door panel I can replicate that one by pushing on the bottom. I am kinda disappointed right now. After always driving GM's I decided to try Ford and I can't believe this truck makes this much noise already in the cab. I absolutely love my truck more then any GM I owned but I can't deal with all the squeaking and popping. I'm hoping y'all can help me out with this.
If the noise in the rear you are talking about occurs while turning left/right at slow speeds such as parking lots or coming in at an uneven angle such as a driveway then see the link below. Start on page 14 and my posts on 15. For me it was the leaf spring pads clunking. I literally just did this tonight after work.
