Default Please help asap

Hello everybody How are you? I need help figuring out why my truck won't start.
CONTEXT I have a 2002 F150 Harley Davidson Edition 5.4L Supercharged. Last year (January 2024) I got crashed into. (front end Airbags were deployed) the only damage to the truck besides the airbag was the bumper, hood, driver fender, Radiator, radiator fan, heat exchanger etc. the engine itself was untouched thankfully however my issue is I have replaced all mechanical parts and it is in the body shop already done however the truck has the Anti Theft on and it cranks but wont start. I had a locksmith come and try to deactivate it and they suggested I go to the junkyard and just grab a pcm off any 10th gen f150. so I did and she programmed the key to it and made a spare. The truck would SOMETIMES start but run really bad (my guess is it still had a regular Tune not S/C tune) so I swapped the pcm back to the original and I'm back to square one and the Anti Theft light on the dash flashes and truck cranks but non start. is there a way I can turn off the PATS or reset it to turn the truck on and take it somewhere. or is there a way i can get the tune for the Supercharged 5.4 Onto the spare pcm that I got off the junkyard and maybe that would work. truck has been at the body shop since February 2024. and I need it out of there. PLEASE help or leave me advice on what to do. If any more information is needed I can provide.

A competent body shop would have not let this out of their possession without it working correctly. But you're past that at this point. The Anti-Theft is doing its job. So you need to either take it to a dealer OR find your local chop-shop and pay Juan a couple hundred bucks to defeat the anti-theft system.
