Plagued by Code P2096
My scanner popped P2096. I started searching for the problem by checking for o2 sensor connections and condition of the wires. That all checked out, so I checked for exhaust and intake leaks. Finally, I disconnected the sensor plug and it didn't change or add any other code, so I bought a Bosch o2 sensor and attempted to change it. I couldn't get it done, so I gave up and called a local shop for an appointment. I went back out and took it off the ramps, but when I started it, my scanner popped up a new code. P0135 showing now, that is is unplugged.

Sorry about the lack of info. Never been on a forum before. I have a 2012 f150 xlt super crew with a 5.0 and 6-Speed. I normally get 19 to 21mpg hwy but now I am only getting 15 to 17. I am still having trouble navigating this page. I retired from 40 years as a heavy truck and equipment mechanic, but I'm not from the computer and internet generation.
