Pivot Storage Box
I haven't personally used one but we have one installed on the truck in our show room.
It really all depends on the person's needs I think. We get a lot of "oh that's a great idea" but haven't sold many.
My personal opinion is that it takes away from the BoxLink system. If you could use that more than the pivot box don't spend the money. Its not very big as far as storage is concerned but if youre not hauling your whole workshop around with you then go for it.

Ford sells them with a Ford logo on them for the 2015-2017, but they charge more for them. The good part since Ford sells them as an OEM accessories they're a no-drill install. All the holes are already there...even for the Undercover branded ones.
I had them in my 2010 for the last four years I owned it. When I bought my 2016 they were on within a week (new ones, not the ones from the 2010). I think they're awesome.
Why? 1) you can still have a tonneau cover as opposed to a full truck box against the cab that sticks up
2) they hold enough for me (I have them on both sides) and they're easier to access.
3) They come out easily giving you access to the whole bed of the pickup (minus very small mounts that stay installed).
Unless you need a full bed box, I don't see why anyone wouldn't get these instead.
I think its great that there are aftermarket products out there. However, I'd be more apt to spend the extra dollars to have one that fits onto the box without having to drill any holes.
As I stated, Ford just rebranded the undercover product (Licensed). Both are the same and both are no-drill installation on the 2015-2017... Oh, as long as you don't have a drop in bed liner. If you do you'll have some cutting to do.
