okay im having a bit of a delema about picking the right muffler due not knowing what size pipes i should run.... i wanna run a magnaflow with a 3inch inlet dual 3 innch out and just use an adapter for the 3inchinlet... but i was think a 2.5-2.5 inch same setup... not sure what`ll sound better im looking for more rumble and bark... i have a 40 series flow master on it now.. and it sounds good but i want better...

 

i heard the 3in will lose some low end tq, if i was you go 2.5in and 2.5 out and get some 3-4in x 12-18in tips. ebay has some for cheap, thats where i got my maggy 14in body, 2.5in si/so 2.5out. if you want it and then put a y on it let me know ill hook you up. its used but no rust what so ever.

nothing? kinda need opinions.. doing the exhaust i think next weekend and gotta order a mmuffler..

 

Definetly go with the 2.5. I have a 3" on my 98 and it does dound good but i did lose some torque as well. I will only go 2.5 from now on.

 

yeah... im torn between borla and magnaflow... i cant quite choose which one.... but does it sound goood that way?
