I'm not a Dodge fan at all, but there is one feature in my nephew's truck that I love.

In the cubby area at the front of the console, there is a built-in phone ledge that includes cutouts for the charging cable. I found this online to show you. Pretty nice setup.

There is an awful lot of food between the center console and the dash to put in a area that a phone will fit. I utilize the long, thin area next to the shifter on the center console to put my phone on its side.
