Default parts.ford.com UI fail

Open rant to Ford:

Please display full part numbers on your damn parts site. Trying to order a HL3Z-14A664-B and accidentally getting a HL3Z-14A664-A because only the main part number ('14A664') is displayed on the part page and the checkout review page is very annoying. If you'd like to really be helpful, consider cataloging parts such that they have descriptions indicating which variation it is (e.g. "With heated wheel; without power tilt/extend column" or "Without heated wheel; without power tilt/extend column").

(yes, the display the full part number on the order confirmation and emails, but that's after clicking through to purchase; if I'm missing something, please let me know)

Sincerely,
Annoyed customer

P.S. if you could fix your site so that having an existing cookie from another ford.com property in my browser didn't break it, that would also be nice.

(and yes, I did submit essentially the same suggestions via the parts.ford.com site survey)

That's one reason I rarely use that site any more, www.tascaparts.com is so much more user friendly and not only has complete part#'s but in many cases they also have full color pics of the part.

Here's your part https://www.tascaparts.com/oem-parts...ng-hl3z14a664b

And another thing with Tasca, they go over your order and match it to the VIN, if it doesn't fit the girl from Tasca calls you.

Ford parts allows you to put a VIN in, as well, but that's not so helpful when I'm trying to order parts that specifically didn't come on my truck to add an option post purchase.

I've found more often than not, (especially amazon "does this fit" button) simply are not accurate.
