Default Pandora

Got a Pioneer 4300 and it has Pandora. Wtf is Pandora?! All I've found out so far is it is something to do with the iPhone, but I search Pandora on iTunes and nothing involved with music comes up?

Pandora is a music streaming company. You can stream music for free, it creates radio channels based on what you like. It has way less commercials than regular radio too. I stream it off my Droid smartphone through my bluetooth on my headunit and listen to it.

We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative.

Default Be careful

One of the things you have to be careful of with any of these web based music streaming services is band width. If you have a data plan that doesn't have enough you can run up big phone bill. I plug my iPod Touch 4G 64 gig into mine. My Pioneer afford complete remote control of my iPod Touch, this also works with any iPod, iPad, or iPhone.

Pandora is how I get through work. Play it all the time. Even the free one is awesome. One commercial every 5 songs or so, and its like 30 seconds or less. I am half tempted to pay the 36 dollars per year for commercial free.

Ive listened to pandora on my pc through my surround sound system at home. Use firefox with adblock plus and ive never once heard an ad. Its pretty cool, but I have no need for it in my truck as I have Sirius and love the Jason Ellis show.

I use Pandora on my phone everyday at work. I have never hit my 5 gig data limit on my plan. The most I have used is 3 gigs.

Probably the same reason we can't get Starchoice or Bell Express view here.
