Default paint protection

I have a 4 x 4 f150 which I occasionally take wading through the brush and am annoyed with all the scuff marks all over the nearly spotless paint job that invariably result. Are there any clear protective hard shell type products that can protect vehicle paint from light scraping from tree branches and briars? If not, are there any other options short of not taking it off the road? Haha.

Thanks for any info.

There are a few companies that make a paint protection film you can apply. 3m is the 1st to come to mind.

I've not used them... not doing much 4-wheeling in my 2wd truck. But I've seen others mention the various options on this site.
