p1000

my edge keeps throwing the p1000 code. is this something i should worry about?

...gotta be specific to the tuner module. The code series goes from P(0)010-P(0)849; there is no (0)000...at least that's what my scanner users' guide shows.

Yeah GM, I just got the SCT Livewire and thats the only code (P1000) I see as well, although it's not listed in the manual.

Are you tuning the truck? The P1000 is "Onboard diagonstic not complete" The code will go away after driving for 50-100 miles after the tune. It's nothing to worry about but if you go for emissions or inspection it could be a problem.

Hey Ftruck05, thanks for the info and advice. Yes I have tuned the truck and I am running the pre-loaded tune. Maybe by the time I log 50~100 miles, the custom tune I ordered from VMP tuning will have arrived.

okay well now it has another code. i dont remember the number but its something like "secondary fuel circuit high" will this hurt me when i go to get it smogged?
