2008 Mega Cab...I can tell it has the 6.7 due to the exhaust. My dad has a 2006 Megacab which had a much bigger factory exhaust for the 5.9's than what the 6.7's had when they debuted them in the 08s. Oh yea, that one has a 6" lift. I know that because I know those are 10 lug wheels...which only come in 22"...which you need a 6" lift just to fit under a Dodge. Saw a guy with a similar set up last week (minus the mini gun) and he had 22" wheels with a custom backspacing. Turned his dually into a single rear with extra wide tires but they wouldn't have been considered fat boys (1 tire the width of the two duals).

Do y'all realize how often you have to change out those barrels?

And then there's the 24V power supply.

And the torque.

I WANT one!

Why do you think Cummins equipped Dodges have twin 12V batteries? They need the extra amperage to fool the 24V starter into working. Word is they want to start making the newer ones as just straight up 24V trucks. Haha.

The torque on them is awesome. My dad's 5.9 is still stock but makes better torque than the 6.0 PSD, but the engines are capable of 500hp and 1100 lb-ft with just a tune (the automatics won't handle that though). A friends father just bought a 2011.5 HO (not the standard HO) in a 1 ton MegaCab (non-duals). It went from the Dodge factory to Cummins and had a 418hp tune loaded (950 lb-ft), plus a ATS transmission upgrade to handle up to 600 hp. That truck has some torque...nearly as much as his son's 505hp LBZ Duramax.
