Here is what happens on my 13: I NEVER LOOSE date and times. I NEVER LOOSE stations or presets. Once the negative terminal is back on the battery, I start my truck. Caution the volume will be loud, turn it down. Since the radio sets itself to AM, I simply set it back to FM. Then, I turn my auto headlights back on. Then I go into settings and reset the highway volume adjustment and the equalizer. Then I reach down and hit the MEMORY 1 button.

Thanks all.

I disconnected / reconnected the battery as suggested by johnday and it made no difference so it must be the sensor in the mirror. I took it out and had a look but can't find it anywhere on the web and Amazon doesn't even list one for a 2019 F150. Would anyone happen to have a part # for this item ?

Much appreciated for any help.

Thanks Bud I found it, NAPA has the sensor for $51 and they're only 10 miles away.

Sorry to hear this, none of our Fords, which we regularly do this in, never ever impacts the time or date.
