Opinion on this truck.
Thinking of putting a offer of 3000 dollars cash on this truck. Will need tires and the seat is torn. Do you think that’s to low of a offer on this truck. I haven’t seen it in person. Looks like in the pictures it has some dents.

I wouldn't offer no more than $3,000. its not in very good condition. seller said its AWD that goes to show how much he really knows about it. its a 5.4 so I would want to know some service history on it.

I messaged him about the question of dents in the pics. Definitely will find out about the service history. My last truck had the 4.6. I’ve heard very little good about the 5.4 with changing plugs.

Was your 4.6 f150 an 11th gen? If so you had a nearly perfect engine. The 10th gen 4.6s were known to spit plugs. Especially the '97 and '98s. The 3V 5.4 is a very strong engine but has more flaws vs the 4.6. Spark plugs being one of them. Cam phasers as well. Speaking of the 4.6, installing an edge revolution programmer and K&N CAI really wakes them up. At that point they dont trail a stock 5.4 in power by a huge margin. I'm telling you, that truck does not look very promising
