Black rocker panels go well with black rims but it certainly isn't worth the trouble and money since it wouldn't look that cool.
And WTH is that black crap between the headlights and grill? That does look awful.

Without... silver kinda seems to hide dirtiness better than black. Don't think you want black rocker panels. You'll be needing to wash 'em after every time it rains. Bumper will just get rock chips that will be a million times more noticeable than they are with your current silver bumper.
