OBD2 iPhone/iPad App's
Does anyone here use app's for your iPhone's/iPad's that connect to an OBD2 sensor? I was looking at some that can give me tons of reliable information and log data; i.e. HP's, torque, mpg's, and any other data that might help be proactive with repairs.
I have looked at some app's like "dash command", "blue driver", "carmd". What are your thoughts and experiences?

No I bought a cheapo wifi one from amazon. Not much more then $30 if I recall. It works great and yes to the other question about the timing. I had to upgrade the app to support the Ford extra codes or something. Was an extra $9.
Just plugged in my connector (link below) and installed Dash Command from app store. Works like a charm. Still trying to figure out how which parameters it does and does not support. I haven't found transmission temperature yet.

I'm not sure. I'll have to dig around and see. There is an optional purchase that accesses more parameters for a specific vehicle.
One thing that is a bit frustrating is that I can't stream music or use maps when my iPhone is connected to the adapter's wifi. Those apps try to use the wifi instead of the cellular link. That's more of an iPhone thing than an problem with the Dash Command app, and maybe there is a workaround.
