Thanks Greg, it appears like the OASIS reports don't have much detail in there. I noticed there's links on the middle report you posted but you need to have a service subscription (ie be a ford service tech) to log in to see any of those details.

I was hoping to see what maintenance (ie regular or claims) work was done, to see how well the vehicle was maintained. For example, I assumed if regular oil changes were done at the dealer, they would show up on the oasis report, along with any major work done (which I see pinging sound at idle shows on one of the reports Greg posted).

there used to be a few guys on here that would run OASIS reports and PM you with them. I can't find the specific thread though. The one I captured that report from hasn't been active on here since November of last year.
