Default Is this normal?

Hopefully I don't jinx myself but my 2003 F150 5.4 Supercrew 4FX has 216,000 miles on it now and I have never had to replace the starter, alternator, etc...

I am not complaining but is this normal?

I had a 88 bronco 302 CI with 425,000 km. Only thing I ever replaced was the fuel pump relay. In the end the fuel pump went.

That's what you call a keeper.

It does happen, but you probably did jinx it.
