Default Non Ford problem but need help

My wife's Nissan would not start so I jump started it and it started fine and ran fine until we put it in drive then it shut down again. There is no power not sure if it's the battery itself or the alternator. Any ideas or help is appreciated

See what the voltage is at the battery with the engine off, should be about 12v with a charged battery, and running, should be about 14v.
