Default Noise while turning

When you rotate the wheel while going around 45mph you hear and feel a vibration. It also will do it when changing lanes on the high way. Please help. It is a 2006 f150 2wd 148k

Sounds like a wheel bearing. Does it only do it one side or both?

I would look at the wheel bearings for worn/loose from wear, clean/replace and repack. note: replace the seals regardless. In a pinch (this is by no way a long term repair, just a get you home fix) you could remove the bearing cover, pull carter key tighten the nut some (to remove play but still rotate) reassemble get to where you could go get parts and fix it.
