Default Noise when spin wheel by hand

COSTCO tire guys showed me this problem today, and he told me he thinks the transfer box fluid is empty.
I uploaded a video about what he found.
I can hear this noise if I switch direction in a hard spin. If I keep spinning in the same direction, I can not hear anything. Or I change direction of spin very slowly I also hear nothing.
The truck 17 f150 with 13000K drives normally.

What do you think? Should I pay the $200 diagnosis fee to the dealer again?

Thanks!

If you’re hearing noise only when switching directions quickly, it related to low transfer case fluid. If the truck drives fine otherwise and the noise is only occasional, it might not be urgent.

I assume your truck has 130,000 vice 13 million miles (13000K). Tools: 3/8" ratchet using the head to remove the plug or add a short 3/8" extension

(1) Check the fluid level first, drain, inspect, and refill the transfer case ~ 1.8 qts. of transmission fluid
(2) Check the the fluid level in the front differential.

You can check the levels in both with your pinky or confirm the level if fluid runs out when removing the fill plug.

In the sound clip, the rubbing noise is your brake pad rubbing on the rotor. The second sound when reversing direction is play in the driveline. It could be the CV axle, front differential or transfer case. I would drive it for a few miles, verify in 2H, leave the engine running in park, jack up and try again. If the noise remains it is likely a CV axle.

Should this "brake pad rubbing on the rotor" problem be fixed too?

I have sent the truck to be checked by the dealer already. The transfer case fluid is missing some so refilled. No leak was found and they told me it should be like this since new.
About the turn noise, they told me it is not a big problem as long as it does not happen when moving forward.
I have booked an appointment to replace the transfer case and transmission fluid already.
The front diff was replaced by the dealer last summer(covered by warranty somehow) so I just assume the fluid should be fine.

Thank you all for the suggestions!
