So its been about a month sense i got my gryphon and sent in my Hex code. I emailed Corey and Bill from PHP, and i havent gotten a repsonse and its been about a week or so. Whats the deal?

I used to be the same way. I like written communication just because there is a transcript of conversations. I prefer a call now though just because you get basically instant answers; assuming the company picks up the phone!

 

i placed an order a few days ago and havent seen a confirmation email.
i spoke to corey for a bit on the phone and got a lot of good info,
i emailed him today and have been trying to call with no luck to verify the order was placed.
why does their phone say numbers not available??

 

First "him" is a her. Corey is Bill's wife. Many times emails get caught in the spam filter depending on what email service you use. They had a big storm go through a week or two ago and the phones have been on and off depending when the crews are working on the lines. Keep calling until you get someone or go to their forum and contact them that way.
