No heat
so I have a 2013 f150 fx4 ecoboost. Had my water pump changed. Coolant level perfect. Pressure test said everything fine after pump changed. Blower motor blows strong. No vapor locks. I only get heat when I turn dial to 26 degrees. Anything lower just blows cold air. Mechanic said door blend actuators are fine. Anyone have the same issue or any thoughts.
