Default New seat

Need some help, I have 1987 f-150 seat shot. Can anybody tell me if I can use new f-150 seats and how much newer. Hope to find in junk yard if possible. F-150 6cyl 4spd manual.

Yeah you'll be able to use seats out of a new F150 but you'll have to take the seat frame out of your truck and install a frame that holds the seat for the new ones....if that makes any sense.

1987-1991 is your cab style but I think the 1992-1996 cab style seat should also fit .so up to 96 I would say.
