Default New problem

With my 2012 ford f-150, 3.7. Having problems after transmission gets warm. It will be running ok then suddenly act like the transmission is low on fluid, or the engine is trying to flood out. Jerks when trying to change gears, engine has no power. Never throws a code but today a wrench finally showed up on the dash. When I try to read codes my obd2 says there are no saved codes. I have approximately 166,000 miles on it. Any ideas?

You'll need a better ODB code reader, if you've got a wrench, there's a code. Possibly a trans code, you'll need to pull it to find out.
