I own a 2007 F-150 4x4 super cab, I am looking into a leveling kit. Can anyone help me with brand and heigth of lift

I would go with a 2 or 2.5" spacer. The 2" one would be fine but if you are going to add a brush guard or something else that will add weight to the front end I would recommend the 2.5" spacer.

Autospring, Daystar, and Skyjacker all make fine kits but the Autospring is by far the easiest to install.

2" or 2.5 inch skyjacker leveling kit .. i have that on mine and my ride is still factory smooth

My recommendation would be the Autospring 2" or 2.5" kit. I had the 2.5" kit on my truck before the lift and had ZERO issues with it.
